I have been to many Taco Bells and this one is by far the WORST! I ordered by food through the app at 12pm to be picked up in a... half an hour. When I arrive at the joint at 12:30, my food is nowhere to be found. I flagged down one of the workers and showedher the order on my phone and she just went, "Oh, okay..." and went about her business. I flagged down another employee and whenshe asked me what was the name on the order she brought me my drink that was already prepared. After waiting another tenminutes, I had to flag down a third employee. I showed her my order and she's gonna tell this lie that the reason why thingsaren't ready is because they computers aren't receiving mobile orders for some reason. Okay, if that was the case why was MYDRINK and NOTHING ELSE prepared?! Then the first employee I'd talked to is gonna stand there and LIE and say that I'm waitingfor multiple orders. So the third employee saw my order and then started walking around the joint like she was lost instead ofhaving my order made. By this time I had been there for twenty minutes. It wasn't until I mentioned that I only had ten minutesleft of my lunch break that she finally used some COMMON SENSE and had her co-workers make my food. Very good. Drive thru was quick, and good portion sizes. This location is much better than the Mantua one
