Arby's one and only for a good sandwich never disappoint
They changed the menu. Some of my favorites are gone. You'll have to judge for yourself to see if you like it. I'm on the fence.
I wanted to try one of the new waygu burgers. Picture on menu said they we're served medium well. Not everyone likes their... burgers medium well and the short female manager refused to make one special for me and the customer ahead of me who also asked.It's not like we were asking for something for free nor was it coming out of her pocket to go back and cook 2 burgers longer tomake the customer happy. No real loss to me but it will be to them when they lose customers because of a lazy and grouchymanager. Maybe I should be thankful that I didn't order it (or anything else with tomato) as I saw the sandwich maker puttingtomatoes in the pan at the station without gloves after getting them from the cooler while I was waiting for my order.
