One of my favourite places to eat out, i wish i got a chance to visit more often! Always the best attentive, lovely service and... amazing food & drinks. I have never, ever been disappointed here even in the slightest. I am Lebanese and really enjoy theirtraditional middle eastern flavours but with a more contemporary twist. Their food makes me feel so good and happy. You can tellMike and the kitchen team puts so much heart and care into every dish. The place is beautiful and clean, with simple yet elegantdesign touches. We had a great meal at The Pink House Bistro. The staff were super friendly and helpful and we were made very welcome. The... food is middle eastern inspired and can be ordered in shared plates or personal meals. We has the eggplant, beets, cauliflower,fried chicken and fries dishes. Food & Service was Exceptional (this place is a must try) Visiting Gibsons for the first time on vacation and looking for a... special spot to celebrate my wife?s birthday, The Pink House Bistro came highly recommended. I saw suggestions to book areservation online due to its popularity with locals and vistors. Our server provided us some great recommendations for ourmeal and cocktails. Both our cocktails & food were presented beautifully and were absolutely delicious - my wife and I finishedour shared mezze plate (hummus & cauliflower divine) fried chicken (crispy, juicy) lamb ribs (fell off the bone) in minutes!Thank you Lisa for your amazing service and hospitality - we will certainly be returning again.
