I usually don?t have issues with this location but this time it was horrible. My order came out wrong , I went in to get it... corrected and I was approached I feel in a rude way by a worker. I had another worker apologize for the woman who approachedme. After getting my order ?corrected? I STILL did not get my entire order. We had to ask a second time to get all of ouritems. This is a second time it 8 years my wife and I have been here and I live in Gig Harbor and last time we said never again but we... gave it another shot and spent $50 on some tacos and burritos. Yes it was a $50 mistake they actually charge you 50 cents perlittle classic cup of mild sauce which I thought sucked. 09/23/22, Gig Harbor - Major disappointment!! Been a customer of Taco Time NW for ~50 years, loving their food with the great... "old" version of Taco Time NW hot sauce. Made my wife a believer, too, because of that old version hot sauce. Today, discoveredthey have changed the hot sauce recipe by cutting it with some kind of red sauce, leaving it bland, largely tasteless, andbasically lousy. Asked staff if this was a permanent change to the hot sauce. Reply was "Not aware of any change, so it mustbe permanent." Might be projecting, but today's food - with the new hot sauce - was lousy. Without any hot sauce, the CrispyBurrito's and Mexi-Fries tasted marginal, at best. Unless other locations still have the "old" hot sauce, we'll never return toa Taco Time NW, which used to be the absolute best Taco Time group. Very sad to be forced to say goodbye to what used to be oneof my favorite fast food chains over the last ~50 years. Read more

This guy has never failed to be indefatigably cheerful, kind, efficient and... charming and I've been driving through and ordering the same things for a couple of years now. Do Not Lose Him.
