They overcharge you for things you didn't order and then when questioned will jump down... your throat in a completely unprofessional manner treating you like complete garbage. The kids have absolutely no manners letalone customer service skills! I'm frankly shocked being in the the service industry myself. I've never in all my life seen suchhorrible treatment of customers. The WORST Chipotle in AZ! No Cheese! no Steak! No Queso! No Coke and No Lemonade that they are heavily marketing! Very dirty!... They had at least 6 kids working but every single table was dirty and food all over the floors. Chipotle is awesome just dontbother at this location! Placed order in app for a Whole30 salad bowl. When my son arrived to pick up they had no idea about an order my son had to call... us I told him I paid for it in app and I received an email confirmation. They finally found it as it was not on the shelves asindicated that it would be. I received no lettuce or romaine only guacamole and cold carnitas and cold fajita vegetables myhusband did not receive his chicken burrito he had no idea what it was. But neither of us could eat. I called guest servicessaid they would transfer me they did however I could not talk to a live person to get this rectified so we could eat preferablytonight. I attempted to then go in app to chat with someone and they wanted order number which I gave and it said it was aninvalid number. Are you kidding me?! So frustrating. Never going here again!
