The first couple of times here had been good, in terms of customer service. The last few consecutive times the customer service... has continued to let me down. Today, I went in around 6 pm and to my surprise they had all 4 flavors from last week, which Imissed. I asked the person placing my order if last week?s cookies were being made fresh or if they were refrigerated, stored,etc. and he said he didn?t know. I replied, ?you don?t know? What do you mean?? And all he offered was ?I?m just not honestlysure.? He never went above and beyond to find out, and I ended up leaving with 2 cookies from this week and decided againstgoing with the 4 pack to include birthday cake and the double chocolate chip from last week because I would have preferred theybe fresh. To say one doesn?t know and then not follow up with trying to find out, seems to be a poor strategy for business. Iwould have inquired more or asked to speak with a different employee, but there was a line behind me, and at that rate, Idecided this may not be the location I choose to stop at based on previous sub-par experiences. I love Crumbl, just disappointedthat I?m encountering more and more poor quality customer service at this location. Smiles would also be appreciated; everyoneseems to have robotic personalities here. Honestly, this place makes the absolute best cookies that I have ever had in my entire life! The cookies always come warm in the... box and you can tell that they are fresh and were just made that day. Every week, they have different flavors (chocolate chip isthe only flavor that's offered every week) and the flavors never disappoint. They create very unique flavors that you wouldn'texpect to taste amazing, but they do. I have never had any flavor there that I didn't like. I haven't picked up directly fromthis store much, but the few times I have been there, the employees were always very polite and they always had my order readyto go before I arrived. I am addicted to these insanely delicious cookies! I?ve tried other competing cookie companies and these are stand out... delicious. I have a close to the house, which is wonderful and dangerous at the same time. I love that I was able to have themdelivered to a friend, but that I can also order ahead and pick them up. Read more
To be fair, I tried three times over a few months to eat a cookie from this location, but each time the cookie tasted like... flour. This is a rookie baking error that should not be expected from a gourmet dessert at gourmet prices. However, the staffwas pleasant. Read more
