This was probably my second time to this location and I normally have great experiences at Einstein, but I?m really upset. This... location is located right next to a medical facility. I had been fasting for my exam and ventured over bc I love Einstein. They?re usually out of cinnamon sugar bagels so I was super stoked they had them! I ordered one, as well as my husband?s orderand was on my way. Got home and was met with utter disappointment to see they gave me a cinnamon raisin bagel. I HATEraisins. The service was ok. They were busy so I excused the fact that three workers just passed the register without evenacknowledging me (I was literally the only person waiting to order). I was greeted by a young woman who seemed less thanthrilled to be there. Barely spoke and when she did could barely hear her. Can?t say I?ll be back anytime soon. Read more

It seems this place prioritizes drive through orders and doesn?t give two thoughts to the lobby guests. We waited in line for... probably 15 or so minutes. After getting to the front, finally, they let us know it would be a 20 minutes wait for food. As Iwrote this, there?s close to 20 people in the lobby waiting. The bump screen for the drive through has, at most, 3 orders. Thebump screen for the lobby? There?s probably at least 15-20 orders at all times, all red. Which for non industry people meansexceeding ideal cook time. Our food took over 20 minutes, by the way. If you?re going to quote excessive wait times, at least beaccurate. Avoid this place. They don?t care about dine in guests to any extent. Read more

Great bagels. Friendly service. When they ask if you want your dozen bagels sliced, I suggest declining (see photo). I often... forget that the automatic slicers generally slice very irregularly, unless you like one super thin slice with all the toppingsand the other slice overly thick with little toppings, which also complicates an even toasting of your bagels. Probably theslicers were designed for when bagels were bigger...remember? Also a tip if you're not already aware: any bagel location willunavoidably run out of some bagel varieties the later it is during the day. Read more

I've always loved Einsteins on my way to work. But the past few times I've been there I've waited almost 25-30 minutes online in... the drive up to finally get my bagel. With only 3 to 4 cars ahead of me. In the past it was less than 5 minutes and I was backon the road to work. After the last time there I pulled up at 740am and didn't get back on the road until 806am. There were only3 cars ahead of me. I ended up being almost 15 minutes late to work. I only work down on Gilbert and Williams Field. Read more

The guy working drive-thru before close today is the epitome of good customer service. We go to a different location regularly... and today we learned that we could have been getting twice as many bagels for a slightly lower price this whole time. Now wehave breakfast for tomorrow. He also bagged the cinnamon bagels separately from the others, which has never been done before, and indeed our fruity bagels have previously been molested by the cinnamon sugar crumblies. thank you!!!!
