I love Firehouse subs in general but this location is extremely hot or miss in their ability to make a sandwich correctly.... Although I normally get a HooknLadder "as it comes" every other time I order it's missing major condiments or the condiments areso sparse you can't taste them. As expensive as these sandwiches are, I expect excellent consistency when ordering. Read more
Never had a bad experience here. Food is always fantastic, customer service is amazing, and always leave happy.
They dropped the ball today. I ordered 4 sandwiches to go. For each sandwich the cashier asked me if I wanted a pickle on the... side. So four times I said, 'Yes, I want the pickle on the side.' So I got home with zero pickles. And when they put onions onthe subs they put giant full circles of onions. So everyone had to deal with difficult to eat onions. It's still a good sandwichplace, but they charge more than Subway, and I think I should walk away with what I ordered. I wasn't in a hurry either. I wassitting in the dining room drinking my ice tea, and would have been perfectly happy to wait longer for a better product. Read more

I went to the Higley Pavilion Location on 11/28. I was using my Gift Card to purchase my Lunch. I had used the same card on 11/4... at this location where I was told that my 40.00 gift card had 21.00 after my purchase. So, when I used my card on the 28thKaylee stopped the transaction during processing and said there was a problem. I saw on the screen that it said I had a 2.00balance. which meant the card had gone through for the 19.00 and I had 2.00 left. Kaylee said it did not go through. She saidrun your card again and it said I still owed 15.00. I told her that it went through the first time, and she said it had not. Iasked to speak to a manager, and she said she was the Manager. Kaylee didn't know how to process a gift card. She absolutelywould not help me with the issue. She ignored me while she cleared her line of about 10 other customers and still did notaddress me. She processed my gift card and refused to give me my lunch and She kept my money. Kaylee has Zero management skills;she was unable to problem solve and ignored the situation rather than trying to rectify it. WORST customer Service Ever!!!! DONOT bother with this Store. They do not care about you as a customer and have no reliable management on premises. Read more
