IMO staff needs training in customer service. From the girls up front to the kitchen staff, all seem to have the ?I?m better... than you? attitude. I ordered my food to go and sat back and watched them greet people entering and it?s hard to watch. Veryobvious they are judging everyone entering the store. Food was good. I had the ph impossible burger with salad and a peanut butter dream protein shake with almond milk and vegan protein. Everything... was super delicious and I really appreciate that they label their menu with calories and macros. I will definitely be returningand I recommend you go as well! Read more
Service was slow and food was made poorly. We ordered the muscle builder burger, Thai wrap, Greek bowl and the El Jefe bowl and... was not impressed with any of it. Muscle builder burger came with 3 pieces of grilled onion just 3 small pieces, bison was not ahigh quality bison. Patties tasted like dry hamburger that was just thawed.The Thai wrap mostly tasted of artificial sweetenerand the chicken was extremely dry and chewy like it was day old. 3 Stars simply for the quality of food. 1 Star for the customer service... It didn't exist. The employees were there but not... present. 1 Star for the Pricing, it is exaggerated for the portions and service. Food was cold Food portions were small...Mostly rice and vegetables. I ordered a Thai Monster it maybe included 6 ounces of steak and chicken combined. $18.73 for thismeal before Tax. One bowl. I don't mind spending money on food, it's probably a bad habit of mine. But in this case youdefinitely do not get what you pay for. There are many other options nearby that are equally healthy and appropriately priced,they also come with quality customer service. This isn't my first time experiencing this at Protein house. I hope they canremedy this quickly. Unfortunately we did NOT enjoy the food. It was not prepared well. We have eaten at the Scottsdale location and the food was... delicious so I have to assume it was the staff who prepared the food poorly. Our shake had large clumps of ice in it. No yogurtand no banana although that was listed on the menu. When we asked the staff they just said the menus were old and outdated. Ihad the PH burger. The egg had been salted WAY to much it was not edible. I had to take it off the burger. Very disappointed-we won?t be back. Read more
