Burgers and fries are always good, but very slow service. Probably 4 groups only dining in including us, but not prioritized... ahead of lots of call in orders with the restaurant understaffed. I saw only 4 people working on a Friday night. Read more

First bad experience I had at a smash burger. It was a customer service problem only. The young man at the register and the cook... were super helpful and friendly. The woman who was the shift manager has no customer service skills at all. The problem: thecard reader on the register did not work. The young man called her over to ask if he could switch to the other register, shedidn't bother to find out what the problem was, just told him no and to reboot the register. Then she disappears in the back. Noproblem, I understand glitches happen. While waiting for the register to reboot, my food comes ready. The young man tries toring me up, but the problem still exist. The women comes out of the back, checks my order then comes to the register and rebootsit herself again (because this worked so well the first time). I'm the only customer there, and she hasn't bothered toacknowledge me in any way. So we awkwardly wait for the register to reboot and all the while my food is sitting in the window.Other customers begin coming in and she goes to ring them up!! Can't she do this for me??? My food has been ready for close to10 minutes now and I'm beginning to wonder if I want cold food. She comes back over to check on the register again and it's ano go. The young man ask if I can at least have my food while she fixes the problem and she says no, because I haven't paid forit. I mean, where am I going? Can't she ring me up on the other register? Then she proceeds to pull at a manual and go through anew procedure, bouncing back and forth while ringing up other people and handing them their orders. At this point I politelytold them I was leaving. I can't remember when I've had such poor customer service. The young men working the register and doingthe cooking were very polite and kind.
