Was denied a cup of ice. At the drive through window. Because when I made my original order I didn't order the cup of ice. Only... at this location has that ever happened to me and it's a first. Williams field and valvista, Gilbert AZ store. I have never beencharged for a cup of ice ever. First I'm hearing of this. Guy wasn't rude or anything. Had to wait 30 minutes after order on the App. Had to ring the stall button after 30 minutes sitting there as my order was... supposedly being prepared. When I received the food it was ice cold! Terrible! There were only a couple other cars at the sonic,so it wasn't due to being busy? Really disappointed! Read more
The order was not repeated back and I was given a wrong item. This isn't the first time this happens and I think I am insane for... still going back, so I need to evaluate if I truly will go back. This location is better for just ordering drinks. Read more
