The first time, my experience was good. Good sushi and a cool environment. The last few times, however, my experiences were far... from good. On a Sunday afternoon, we sat down and waited for more than fifteen minutes for a server to attend us. We moved up tothe bar area in hopes of being attended quicker. It was just as slow. In the end, our server got our drink orders wrong and weonly ordered one roll in hopes of getting out of there as soon as possible. We waited another thirty minutes for our food. Theservice is slow, inexperienced and non-attentive. There were only two servers on the floor with more tables filling up quickly.This business should definitely have fast-paced workers, and more than two serving tables, as they cater to a very popular areabeing in downtown Gilbert.
