Excellent food at a fair price. The hot sandwiches are made on medium crust exterior soft interior rolls (similar to ATV but not... as firm), the steak is thin sliced delmonico if I'm not mistaken. Sausage is a sweet and slightly firm texture with greatflavor, and the vegetables are cooked but not mush. Fresh tasting and hot when you get your meal. Burgers are good but not aspecialty item. Better than average but nothing to go out of your way for. I have yet to sample the pasta or other hot fooditems but thus far it is better than 90% of the pizza and sub shops within 20 miles. Worth the drive. Nice people as well. Bringcash though because they do not accept credit! Order Online to get your meal quickly! They can get busy! Read more
This was our first attempt at the multiple pizza places in the Gilbertsville/New Hanover area. It wasn't what we had hoped for... at all. We ordered a 14" New York style pizza with "Greek" toppings (using the "build your own" tool) and a spinach calzone withonions and mushrooms. The order was correct and everything was cooked properly, it even smelled amazing but there just wasn'tany real flavor to speak of. I placed an order on line, pre paid, bill came to $88 estimated time 35 minutes. Came around 30 minutes, my pizzas were ready... but nothing else. I ordered garlic knots and over half of them were burnt, ordered wings with ranch dressing got none and thepizza was lukewarm. For 88.00 I could have taken my family out to dinner with no clean up.Could not be more disappointed. Read more
