Didn't get a receipt which meant I should have gotten a free meal but im not that type of person. I did however mention it to... the employee and he just gave me a blank expression and I just let him know for future reference for the next customer. He justkind of shrugged it off. He also forgot my strawberry shake which I was waiting for for 15 minutes until I finally mentioned itto him which then he promptly made it. And on top of that the other member in my party had to wait 30 minutes because they wereout of thighs. Mind you they were not busy at all and the staff was slow. I was in the drive thru and they guy(Javier) took 2 minutes to greet me. Which he did but told me to give him a minute. I... replied ?another minute?? After that he took another 5 minutes to take my order and when I got to the window I asked him why didhe took so long? He said ?we are really busy?. That was a lie. And then he took the next car?s order in a shorter time thanmine. I asked to talk to the manager and she said the same thing. But there was less than five people in the lobby and no carsin front of me. In total I lost 15 minutes of my 30 minutes lunch time in this place. Really slow service! Order a combo meal and my Coleslaw had a dead baby cockroach grosss !!!! Called it in was told to take it in so they can take a... look at it made it sound as if I was lying about the roach the guy saying they have no insects but clearly they have cockroachesfor a baby roach to be served on my coleslaw.
