Found this little gem right across the hotel. The pickerel was delicious and it was not as oily as i expected. Good servings... plus friendly staff! Definitely a good place to eat at while at Gimli! Read more
Thoroughly enjoyed the fish and chips from Kris! After we were done eating, we decided to grab some ice-cream. And guess what is... better than ice-cream! FREE ICE-CREAM!! They gave it to us for free since it was the last ice-cream order of the day @7pm. Stolemy heart???? Read more
Pickerel available gluten free waa a bit overcooked. Regular Pickerel and chips was slightly disappointing. Table was a bit... dirty with lots of flies around. Won't rush back but gf pickeral didn't make wife sick so that's always a good thing. Read more
Location is perfect. Open for dine-in with little seats to obtain the social distancing. Very hospital and helpful staff. You... can pay by credit/debit cards or by cash. Food served hot and with good quality. Don't forget to take some photos with these olddesigns on the walls. Take your soft serve ice cream before leaving. Love this place and the food here! Came to visit Gimli for a couple of hours and saw how highly rated this place was and it... definitely did not disappoint. The fish was fresh and tasted great as well as the fries, a must visit if you're in Gimlivisiting! Read more
