I popped in yesterday to try Spero's pizza. I was just passing through. I sat outside with my trailer, and was pleasantly... surprised when they even took the time to text me when my pizza was ready. The pizza was old school and fantastic. Full offlavor and puffy, crispy crust. My new favorite stop in Gimli. The man running it was friendly, professional and courteous.Absolutely recommended! We?ve travelled all around the world and all we can say is that this is some of the best pizza we?ve ever had! We?re thin crust... people and though the thin crust is more like a regular crust to us, crust is to die for and we ate every bite of it! Every time I visit Gimli, I never leave without grabbing a pizza from Spero's! The price is absolutely reasonable for the size... you get... they're huge! He even takes e-transfer for payment, which makes things super easy! The crust is the kind you canreheat in the microwave and it's not super soggy after either!
