I really wanted subway and this location was the closest. I went in at 6:58 pm and I was greeted by a very very rude older lady... who obviously hates her job and she said "do you have a remote order?" And I replied "no." And she said "I am only doing remoteorders, I'm closing" while she was making sandwiches. Nothing is put away, she did not seem to be closing, and I said ok so youcan't just make me a sandwich, she said again "I'm only doing remote orders" so I said "so I can just order online right now?"And she said "ugh I guess" she really made me feel like an inconvenience to even be there. I work in food as well and if I amgoing to be closing over 3 hours early, which I never would be I would at least lock the door. As they have a parking spaceoutside for online orders and you text them when you are there. It's not a huge deal at this point. She was just so rude andangry and I'm sorry she must have been having a bad day. I work in food like I said but I never take out my bad day on thecustomer. She should be happy she was getting to close 3 hours early bc she "didn't have a closer" bc at my job if I didn't havea closer i would be closing my store and I wouldn't be doing it 3 hours early like she did and I wouldn't be mad at the customerI would be upset at the employee who failed to show up. I will not be back to this location bc reading the reviews I see alot ofcomplaints about a snobby rude old lady that I assume is the same women so she's obviously rude all the time and my experiencehad nothing to do with her situation this night . Good service, friendly staff and fresh sandwiches.
They have their ups and downs. Today the bread was so old and over-cooked it was like eating dead skin. I really wanted to get... some cookies with my food but I could tell all the cookies were old and hard just from looking at them. Read more
