Workers can't or won't actually help you! The food is okay but the pizza tracking is way off and overall the staff is just... unfriendly and rude. Then to top it off after waiting over 40 minutes they gave away our order to someone else amd didnt evenoffer an apology for the mix up. Management really needs to step it up!! Really good pizza.. we hadn't had Papa's in a long time... So when I asked for parmesan, to be told they don't have parmesan...... I was confused as the menu has it. I ordered a pepperoni epic stuft crust pizza online well when I got home it only had pepperoni in the crust but when I looked... online and was ordering it the pizza had pepperoni in the stuft crust and as a topping on the pizza. I called to talk to aperson about this and they said it doesn't come with pepperoni and that I would have to add it as a topping and pay for theextra topping nowhere did I see online that it Say I have to add pepperoni on that pizza. I told them this was misleading andthe worker told me they do not know why corporate does that told me I got what I ordered then hung up on me. I feel as if I waslied to and disrespected and nobody wants to do anything to fix this issue if it doesn't come with pepperoni then why does itshow it online that it has pepperoni on it. Good experience. Only complaint is it was very dark in the lobby. The staff literally turned the lights on as we were leaving.
