Stopped in on a whim while in Bartlett and was blown away! Ordered a cinnamon bun one day and came back the next for a chocolate... croissant. Top notch quality, the baker sure knows what they are doing! Wish we didn?t live so far or I?d be back more often. Read more
Honestly wonderfully made breads and baked goods. My partner and I each had a slice of their pizza, and he ate two croissants... (they were that good). The pizza dough appeared to be their foccacia bread. It was incredible-still warm, the dough was squishyand flavorful, just chewy enough to be satisfying but otherwise melted in our mouths. The croissants were amazing and clearlyfresh. We also bought their 5 grain sourdough, at the recommendation of the staff. They slice it for you and it was excellent.They also have pretty good coffee, although that is not the highlight here. The bakers here know dough and it shows. Highlyrecommend. Read more
