I’m a relaxed person who generally tries to tip 20% regardless of service, but not at this BWW. We were seated immediately,... sat for 15 minutes before our waiter greeted us and took our order, and waited another 20 minutes for our drinks (water and abeer). We waited for 75 minutes to get our appetizer. We wanted to pay for the beer at the counter and leave during theridiculously long wait, but there was no one at the counter to speak to and our server was MIA. I've always had fantastic experiences at this location! Silas was my waiter and he absolutely went above and beyond! He had a... trainee with him and I didn't get his name but he also was very nice guy and even gave my nephew 50 cents to play a game! I'vehad very inconsistent experiences at most B-Dubs but this location is always a 5 star experience! Not to mention the foodarrived in less than 10 minutes, probably closer to five minutes! It doesn't surprise me that ratings are low for this location and I wish I had the option to leave zero stars. In the middle of... my dinner while eating my fries, I felt a piece of hair in my mouth. Let's note that I have black braided hair, I pulled a pieceof blonde hair out of my mouth. While I was completely disgusted, I understand things happens, I politely ask for the manager.The manager JD comes to the table, gives a half way apology, very generic and zero empathy and says he will take off the fries.At this point I had half of my wings, and an entire drink that I left at the table. When I ask the number for corporate he saidquickly and with a sassy response "let me get that for you" I understand the unfortunate situation, but if this is the type ofpeople you hire to run your store, that is even more unfortunate. Very understaffed. Tables were dirty and falling apart. Our waitress was nice but clearly juggling too much. We waited an hour... for our boneless wings and ended up having to get it to-go. We waited a good long while before we even had our drink orderstaken and didn't get any refills the whole time.
