A very busy location. Very frustrating as when you put in a mobile order they guy that runs the counter insists on holding them... all behind the counter. Once he decides to acknowledge you are there he then requires you to state your name to pick up thedrink. I have stood there for 15 minutes just waiting for him to hand me the drink that's been setting there the whole time. Iavoid this location if at all possible. Read more
Not from the area was visiting family after work stopping in to grab some drinks and donuts or so I thought. Hours and website... says they don?t close until 7pm on Sunday. But i get out to pull the doors so I can see the donuts as the menu in the drive thruis very minimal and caters mostly to drinks, and I am met with an employee signaling me to go through the drive thru andfrowning his face like the hours online only said drive thru open. Several times I've come to this location and was given the wrong order. When I try to call the number on the receipt, no one... EVER answers! Yesterday, I went through the drive through and ordered the Snacking Bacon and a Boston creme. The cashier wasvery nice - even gave me an extra donut...but the bacon was ice cold! Grrrr! Can't even call to complain because nobody answers.Please do better. Read more
Unfortunately, we live very close to this Dunkin and it's consistently the worst one I've ever visited. Very slow drive-thru and... inside service. Orders consistently wrong. We love Dunkin, but steer clear of this location. Read more
