The Glen Carbon location is terrible. The workers have no idea how to talk to people. In fact, they say nothing at all as they... rudely hand you an undercooked pizza. They have no desire to work and are angry when they have to. Please fire this entire staffand get a new one. Read more
Called multiple times to place an order and kept getting hung up on. I finally drove there to order and customer service was not... the greatest. I got my pizza just to see it thrown together with what looks like a whole pack of pepperonis on one pizza. Iunderstand wanting to go home but there?s no reason to stop answering an hour before close. Had to wait 18 min on a sausage lunch style pizza. In other words, the small square pizza. SMH
Ordered pizza and it was raw. Had to come home and cook it ourselves. We were told to call the 1-800 number which we did and... they reached out to the store 2 times to try and get the issue resolved and both times they said the store should reach out tous within 24 hours.
