They constantly are out of foods, super disappointing everytime I go to order from this Panera location they are out of stock of... so much. Most times I just end up bringing my money else where for lunch at work ??????????? Read more
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. VERY RUDE STAFF AND SUPERVISORS I used to visit this place often, but not anymore. it used to be a... really nice place for relaxing and studying while you were eating your food, but now when you're there, you can hearconversations and very personal and embarrassing stories from the kitchen that nobody wants to hear while you're eating. Someemployees are unfriendly, some cashiers have a very bad attitude with customers, they need more training, and when you try tolet the supervisor knows about it, they don't want to pay attention to you, SUPERVISORS DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS OPINNIONS,especially the supervisor during the night hours, He tries to "listen" to you, while he's laughing about you with the cashiersnext to him. My wife and I stopped by for dinner this evening. I was originally going to try their new chicken sandwich, but my wife... prevailed upon me to have one of their salads. We settled on the ?You pick two? option. We actually both ordered the same fooditems (she must have really ?prevailed? on me :-). We had the turkey chili and the Fuji apple salad with chicken.
