Been a customer for 10 years+. Just picked up 3 pizzas for $77. 2 of 3 pizzas were burnt, perimeter pieces hardly edible.... Called to report and offered to send photos. All I was offered was to remake pizzas (no time with 10 people here waiting to eat)or $25 credit on next order. Supposedly credit will appear when I call in future, not confident this will actually happen.Obviously they don't care about loyal customers. Read more
My wife really wanted to try some Chicago style deep dish pizza. We were in Naperville and we did a Google search for Chicago... Style Pizza. Giordano's popped up, and I recalled I had visited this specific location that was highly recommended by a highschool friend who had moved from Michigan to Naperville area when he started College at DuPage. I remembered that I thought itwas very good, so I told my wife let's go. The restaurant was conveniently located, and our Tesla routed us to the restaurantalong the backside which made parking convenient. We went in and it was not too busy, and the waitress was right with us andtook our drink orders. We liked the menu layout, and my wife spotted the Chicago Classic, which fit perfectly for what we werelooking for. We ordered the kids a Thin Crust cheese oizza, and they accommodated half and half toppings, adding pepperoni tohalf. We ordered the Calamari appetizer as well, and the waitress asked us if we wanted the kids pizza to come out before oursas the Chicago Classic deep dish pizza would take 45 minutes to prepare. My wife said yes, and was thankful she asked, and shealso said "this pizza takes 45 minutes!" And I paused thinking she was thinking that was a negative thing, but she then said"man that's awesome it must be really good". The Calamari arrived and had some fried lemons and a couple other items to dress itup and it was delicious. Our pizza arrived, looking like a piece of art. We ate and loved it, the kids even ate the Calamari andthey all liked it, one of them even liked it and ate more after we told them what it actually was! The Pizza is good quality and prepared with care. Lots of peppers and onions in the stuffed pizza. Kind of a long wait for it to... cook but that means it?s being made more or less from scratch I guess. Read more
Always consistently great pizza at this location! Great staff and great pizza. Giordano's is my deep-dish go-to. It's a Chicago... staple and they have some of the best pies in town; locations are conveniently located but always consistently good which Icannot say about UNO's franchise. You will not be disappointed, whichever location you choose. Read more
