Glen Ellyn, IL location sucks. Ordered via Ubereats. The shake was frozen. Like they made it last night, put it in freezer and... gave it to the first sap to order a chocolate shake today. Drive thru Order the cashier has on a sweatshirt that was full of animal hair. Really disgusting the cashier said she has 4... cats and that?s why she was full of nasty cat hairs that could fall on people?s food. The tables were all dirty, the tray they gave us was sticky, the Fanta from the machine had black specks of something in it, and... they forgot to charge us for our soups so we had to pay in 2 separate transactions. I have had Potbelly numerous times and have ordered so many times including catering for corporate events. I will NEVER use this... location!! One of the most incompetent locations ever! ordered 2 sandwiches online at 9am for 11:30am delivery its now 12pm andstill don't have them. the restaurant doesn't want to answer their phone, had to call 12 times to get someone to answer. Peopleare at work and order bc they can't leave and have limited time and count on this. hence the reason we try to be proactive anddo things early. leave it to this place to screw it up. we have a class full of students we have to tend to, now we can't evenhave lunch bc you couldn't get it to us. so I hope that makes you feel great about yourself! what a joke you are!
