Sushi rolls were not rolled very well and rice was warm. Service was great. All that said, I will try again, it is worth it!
Is 0 stars an option? Stopped by last week. Food good. Service good. Decided to try again. Service was horrible. Spilled a... drink all over me and the table. Never said opps or sorry. She didn't even talk to us. Literally just stood there. We had toask several times for things included in our meal... had to ask another employee. Never checked on us to see how the food was. I asked for 2 boxes for left overs. My daughter decided not to take her food. Since the box was too small for my food, i put itintside hers too. Waitress actually took my food out of it and took the box. She was pretty rude. Guess she wasn't happy withher tip, she followed me out the door. Gave her four extra dollars and she snatched it our of my hand and made a disgruntlednoise. Told her she super rude and service was horrible. I go to the nail shop next door and patronized this place twice just to make sure I wasn?t over thinking the service as a woman... of color ( plus the food is pretty good) and thought I must have caught them on a bad day as I own a restaurant and know the upsand downs of the industry. Both times I placed a take out order in person and the female hostess was very stand-offish and mademe feel as though i wasn?t welcomed. The first time I inquired about a particular item on the menu and her response was ? wedon?t have that? and when i inquired about another item she responded ? it will take long about 15 minutes? as if she wanted meto leave and say forget it. I placed my order anyways and she said ?ok come back in 15 minutes? and when I said I would wait inthe waiting area she seemed annoyed. I went back a couple of weeks later and contemplated on dining in but it was the samehostess and similar attitude so I just placed a small order and left to wait in my car and actually watched YouTube videos onhow to make my own sushi at home (I really enjoy sushi) and this Isnt the first Asian restaurant where I have had similarexperiences. Both the food and service are meh. We ordered the Vietnamese rolls, Boston rolls and Hawaiian rolls. Hawaiian rolls were average... and we did not enjoy three fact that there was caviar on the Vietnamese ones, despite the fact that it was not listed on themenu. The chicken Satay was relatively bland, but we enjoyed the peanut sauce. Overall, not worth it. Read more
