Amazing pizza, staff and owner! I was a weary traveler that SERIOUSLY lucked up to this place. I got the last seat before... closing (I had no clue of the time due to the time change with travel). Plus, my head was spinning from a horrible experience atPhilly's airport. The owner waved me in to grab a seat. They had a little bit of dough left to accommodate one more pizza.Little did I know what a blessing and a miracle that was. This place requires you to reserve dough and discourages walk-ins.They graciously hosted this unknowing rule-breaker. Great conversation and enjoyed meeting everyone. The pizza was phenomenal.They surely made a bad day a whole lot better. Thanks for the delicious meal, for being fabulous humans and turning someone'sbad day into something so much better than day intended to be. My favorite pizza place in the area! The pizza is amazing (chewy dough, flavorful sauces, and delicious toppings), the staff is... friendly, and the owner is the one of the nicest people you'll meet. To address some other reviews, yes, you have to call aheada couple days in advance and reserve your dough. Also, yes, the pizza is a bit pricey for the amount you get. However, you getwhat you pay for and in this case it's quality. I'd rather pay slightly more here for amazing pizza that I dream about then paya little less for average everyday pizza somewhere else. There are around 8 tables depending on the layout/reservations, but Ilike that feeling of it being a small family pizza place. Plus, it's BYOB! We actually save a little money by bringing our owndrinks. Place a reservation, reserve your dough, and enjoy the experience. Read more
Incredible pizza, best we?ve ever had. We just moved to the area and came here by recommendation. Had to call to reserve our... dough, no problem. The staff asked if it was my first time and made me a free slice while I waited for my takeout pies, becausethe chef takes his pizza so seriously that he wanted me to taste it straight out of the oven and not after it had cooledslightly. It was wonderful, slightly crunchy yet chewy dough. He told me it?s sourdough and he makes it fresh daily. Heaccidentally burnt the tiniest part of the edge of the crust and was going to make me a whole extra pizza for free but Irefused. They definitely have pride. My husband and I went to have a pizza and made reservations a week ago. We were told how good the pizza was and how fresh the... Ingredients were. Oh my Goodness that was an understatement it was Fantastic. The owner was such a nice and friendly guy andexplained all about his ingredients all freshly made and was very welcoming to us and so was our waitress. We are so glad thatwe finally got the opportunity to try out the Best Pizza and Best People in Town. Next time trying the Arugula pizza. It?s sogood that you have to order your dough a head of time .
