Increase knowledge of making the drinks accurately and quickly. Order 2 times and the drinks have been made incorrectly. The... drive up speaker is of the poorest quality. I had to repeat myself 2 -3 times for the barista to hear me. I had no music on Iwas close to the speaker, also little to zero wind. Caribou in a small town the first 3 months is critical. I?m excited that Caribou has made its way to Glencoe. I imagine that the poor reviews here are from folks that don?t realize the... store just opened and everyone is new/learning the job. I?ve been through the drive up twice and inside a couple of times.Drinks were good and service was nice. Did it take a little longer than your average suburban Caribou one of those times? Sure!But that will improve as everyone gets the hang of it. I was pleasantly surprised by my receipt after going there during anafternoon ?happy hour?. Great savings!! Read more
