Went to cotton and waddle location today, 4pm open 1st time , I am from NJ,college in Philly. Had many cheesesteaks at Jersey... shore and in PA. My experience today was worst ever. Took over an hour for my 1 NJ cheesesreak to be made. People waitingbecause small grill, poor service, no organization or prep work. I have waited in line for a steak in many east coast places,but this was ridiculous.
