Olive Gardens are pretty much all the same. What makes the experience better or worse is the wait staff. Our waiter was very... good. He kept our drinks filled and was right on top of everything. He had a disgruntled 4 top behind d us who seemeddissatisfied with everything, but handled it gracefully. Job well done. Except he forgot mints. ???? Read more
Went to Olive Garden for an early dinner on Sunday and waited less than 5 min waiting for a table. Once we were sat no one came... up to us for about 10 min to greet us until one of the managers Joe noticed us looking around and came to check on us! Joe notonly made sure our server was aware that we were waiting, but he went above and beyond to make sure we had a great dinnerexperience and offered us an appetizer on the house! The restaurant was nice and the wait was quick but we were left in limbo at the end waiting for a bag for the remaining bread... and our check before we just paid on the kiosk. The salmon was dry and the broccoli was lacking flavor and seasoning and onlylightly steamed. Our breadsticks were too toasted on the outside to my preference, so it tasted liked toast and threw off thetraditional soft breadstick experience we were craving. The cheese sticks were very good but my bf who loves mozzarella stickssaid the cheese didn't actually taste like mozzarella ???? but it was nice and crunchy on the outside and melty stringy gooeycheese inside. The lasagna was the best dish of our meal and I would suggest sticking to only pasta. The soup and salad weregood but nothing extraordinary to want more than one helping.
