I visited them several years ago and was very unhappy and even complained to the owner and I felt he didn't care. I decided... finally to give them another try and I have to say they have redeemed themselves. Service was great and more important the foodwas Outstanding! Used to love this place and ordered weekly when I lived nearby around a 4-5 years ago. Haven't been since. Has gone so far... downhill it's not even comparable. Extra meat London broil has almost no meat on one side. Jalapeno poppers used to be fresh andnow definitely are just reheated frozen ones. Amount of sides they give you has also decreased. Owner says in another commentthat 1/4 lb of meat per sandwich of meat is allotted. I paid for the new Yorker upgrade and received the exact same amount(weighed it since it was so little and it was 3.7 oz, so not even the 1/4 lb). Won't come back. So disappointed cause I used toreally love it. The sandwich and sides were still tasty so I'll still give a few stars, but I just think for the price the meatshould at least cover the bread.
