Staff very friendly doing the best they could , store was dirty, dark, and generally unkept.
If there was a way to put Zero stars I would. Worst service ever. This location seriously needs to train their employees better... especially with their customer service. I came in today to ask if they had brócoli soup and this male employee didn?t respondand walked away and went into the back and then came out and said we don?t have any. Absolutely the WORST Subway in the valley. I order lunch from Subway multiple times a week and this Subway location has... officially lost my business. Two days in a row, I placed online orders in advance. Orders that they received, WELL in advance.Day 1, the employee didn?t start making my sandwich until I arrived because they were out of my bread choice and she waited tillI arrived to make any substitute. Ok, fair enough, I guess. Day 2, I place my order THREE HOURS in advance. In the comments, Ilist my substitute bread choice JUST TO AVOID the situation from the day before. When I arrive on Day 2, TEN MINUTES AFTER myorder was SET TO BE READY, I am told by the employee that he has not even STARTED on the pre-orders. To say I am livid is anUNDERSTATEMENT.
