It was a hot summer day, right after my much needed hike that I decided to give this amazing place a try, and I have absolutely... no regeerts about setting foot in this place. The staff was absolutely wonderful and friendly. I believe a young lady namedNicci was the one that took my order, she was absolutely nice with a friendly smile and was able to answer all of my questions.The açaí bowl she made was delicious, not too sweet. very delicious acai bowls, i come here all the time and they?re always good but there are some younger workers that give... attitude or seem annoyed. overall just negative. they should get taught on better customer service. one of them going by nessie.other than that, everything is great. Read more
Great bowl. The lemonade here is always awesome as well. Bowls are reasonably priced for what you get as they are quite large.... My only complaint is the loud obnoxious music playing inside. Lots of people say the staff isn't very friendly, and I can seethat, but i like being left alone. Transactional is the only relationship I want, so it works fine for me. Read more
Thought I would take the wife in for a treat of lemonade, just a the two (2) of us. Was charged for three drinks (3), when they... offered the refund for the 3rd drink they processed it incorrectly and then when told, incorrectly again, they refunded withoutthe tax. The place is clean and neat. The staff are friendly but timid. It seems they need a little bit more management of theirstaff. It got VERY loud when they use their blender.
