Awesome halwa puri. Best of you done in there. There burgers are also good and bun kabab is spicy like thelay walay style!
I took the family and friends here after reading the excellent reviews and trying something different than the Devon chat... places. The owner was great to talk to and made us really excited about the food we ordered. Unfortunately we all had adisappointing food experience. After waiting for over an hour for our food, the chaat tasted stale, the bun kabab was ok, butdid not taste like a Karachi bun kabab. The Bihari kabab roll was disappointing too. Update since my last visit: I previously gave 5 stars and have been to this restaurant at least 7 times over the last year. This... most recent visit was on Eid and it was disappointing. I had raved about this restaurant to friends and family and took myfamily here for Eid and was left disappointed and embarrassed. The bihari kabobs were not the same as before and the chickentikka boti had waaaay too much salt in it. To make matters worse, my brother, who is vegetarian, asked for something veg likedaal and the owner made fun of him saying he should go to taco bell or McDonald's instead. We all laughed it off but it wasweird and my brother was offended since we're paying customers. The daal served was old and nasty and we can tell it wasmicrowaved. It had crusty nastiness all over the edges of the container. That was the final straw. I will never visit this placeagain. We gave the owner constructive feedback but he was being dismissive which is why I'm updating my review. Save your moneyand cook food at home. Most of these folks don't know how to cook Desi food properly and taking unfair advantage of the zabihafactor. We went to NafNaf grill instead for some falafel sandwiches instead. Read more

Been to this restaurant a few times and enjoyed their Chapli Kabob and club sandwich and we felt good that we found something... good in the neighborhood. After a gap of several months, went back last week for halwa puri and chai (Kashmiri chai was hotwater with pink color in it) and words can't describe the DISGUSTING feeling we got after eating the food there (the Cholay,Halwa and Sabzi was at lest 3 days old). Sad part about it, we took a relative with us and told him ahead of time that this is agreat place to eat. As always (Desi mentality), restaurant was dirty, tables were not clean AND we were told that at 1:00 pm wecan order other items from the menu, which was a lie because at 1:00 pm they told us that it will take him another 45 mins toclean up before he can take another order. Never going back there again. My argument is that if someone wants to open arestaurant, at least what you can do is to keep it clean and be truthful. Read more
