Great food, poor customer service. Not friendly, no sense of urgency from the young lady, made us wait to take our order because... she was talking to another young lady that was bringing her ice cream. Got the sense that we were bothering her. On the otherhand, the young man that gave us our order was very friendly and helpful. ordered a pick up order online. Went the store, waited the 2 workers for 10mins standing in front of the counter. The 2 worker... noticed me, but decides ignores me. If it?s busy, sure I understand, but there is no crowd or anything. The 2 worker didn?teven brother to come to the counter or ask me what I need to be help with. Just causally fills sauces and stack sation in theback. I called for their attention. The reply was 5 mins? Wow. Another 5 mins just for one of them to walk up to the counterto see what I need? I just walked up to make an order and the 2 guys at the front looked at each other and walked out. I've been standing here for... about 3 or 4 minutes now and I'm going to leave. I don't know if you guys are higher or something but this is definitely a badlocation. Read more
This restaurant is just a few blocks from where our daughter lives in La We ate breakfast here when we visit. Pastries and baked... goods from another world, with a large selection sure to please everyone. They also serve a full breakfast menu as well asespresso coffee. Everything is great.
