I love most of the menu, my drive home guilty pleasure is an order of Taquito's ????
If I could give this review a negative star I would after todays experience with the manager Dravin. Being a long time customer... now, it?s nice to visit another burger joint time to time from our other favorite choice, Alpha Omega in Covina. My girlfriendand I arrived on 10/29/22 and decided to order in the drive-thru. We were the 4th car in line but noticed it was movingextremely slow. We don?t usually mind the wait because we know how busy fast food restaurants can be. Once it was our turn toorder, we ordered the food specific to what we wanted in our burgers and the only difference between the two was that there wasone burger with and without onions along with two fries. At first, Dravin repeated back our order and I had to correct him acouple of times until he repeated it back correctly. We finally arrived at the window where we paid and received our food. Notthinking twice to check our hamburgers because of Dravin repeating back our order through the speaker box, we drove about 15minutes back home to eat. Once we arrived home, my girlfriend noticed they had put onions in her burger in addition to having nolettuce. My burger ended up being correct but because they messed up hers we could not enjoy our meal together and needed todrive back another 15 minutes to see if they could fix their mistake of incorrectly taking our order. Once we arrived at therestaurant, it seemed like no one wanted to help us because they did not take the order. We then had to wait for Dravin to comeup to the front counter from the drive-thru and we explained to him that my girlfriends order was not what she asked for. Dravinthen admits that it was his own fault and that he typed in no lettuce and added onions to her burger and that he would fix itfor us. Thinking that he would remake the whole order after it?s been out for 30 minutes, I asked the girl if we give them theorder or just keep it to throw away. This restaurant does not believe in correcting mistakes on their orders. Besides the fact that the burgers taste like cardboard,... the food is overpriced! You're better off going to Legends or The Hat. Read more
Wonderful char burgers. The fries and fried zucchini are yummy breakfast burrito super good. They changed the ranch it?s not as... good. The portions and menu allow options for everyone. They are very busy most of the time but worth the wait. Read more

Delicious burger but the fries could have been better! Ordered them crispy but they weren't. Still good, but not AS good. They... were rather busy inside and in the drive thru as well so I'll give them a pass. Won't stop me from going back, their burgers andfries ARE VERY delicious! Probably just as good as a Kahuna burger! They have serve yourself Horchata, I can't get enough ofthat stuff, it's so good! I'll definitely be going back soon, my girlfriend and I are hooked.
