I have the most terrible experience with this place this is the worse place to order from. I placed an online order and it came... to me and my 5in1 cheese dish was burned and all the cheese was stuck to the tin, I called and spoke to the 'General manager' asshe claims to be. She was dismissive, rude, Racist, told me she made my food like that because I am always complaining about itand since I do I deserve to have my food messed up and that they was not going to serve me as a customer this was terrible Ialso let her know that I will be contacting Corporate on her because I am a paying customer and noone deserves to be treated ortalked to like that. I will never patronize this place again this DOMINO'S IS THE MOST IGNORANT UNPROFESSIONAL Place of businessI have ever seen. I would not recommend this DOMINO'S to anyone I would starve before I spend my money here . The worst and mosthumiliating experience I've ever experienced. This person that portrays to be the GM Definitely needs to be professionallytrained. I'm surprised they have never had any protest issues out there because their staff is HORRIBLE. Terrible location. Do not order from here. Orders are almost always late, they NEVER pick up the phone, and the manager is one... of the rudest, most unprofessional individuals ive ever met. Today i had ordered a pizza, pasta, and soda. Guy was late, forgotthe soda, never came back. Couldnt call the store for an inquiry. 40m later i found a 2L soda left in a public space in front ofmy building. Why bother ordering if ur food may or may not come all at once, or be 2 hours late? We ordered pizza and when we received it the box was smashed and the cheese was stuck to the box along with the pizza I simply... called and told the most ignorant manager Allie that I ordered pizza and it was smashed and the cheese all came off while I wasexplaining to her she cuts me off and says ?can I talk now. ? I than said excuse me? I?m just trying to explain why I?m callingback and that I don?t need the attitude and that if anything I should be the one aggravated. She said they are busy and thatthere are football games on and it?s not her problem. Well clearly it isn?t mine either so I said what is your name because youhave a bad attitude she tells me her name and than HANGS UP on me !!! We don't order often, but we like the change of taste once in a while from our normal pizza place, but in the past 2 years, 4... times this has happened, we ordered online extra robust tomatoe sauce on our pizza and they put light sauce. Yea we complainand they offer a free pizza the next time but i just want them to get my order right when i order. Read more

I had two gift cards (which when typed into Domino's online gift card balance checker both come up with the balance on the... card), when trying to check out online something was wrong and was not allowing me to check out. I went in store to pick up mypizza and pay. Gave my gift card numbers to the nice guy at the register and it seemed like the server (both online and instore) was having a problem reading the gift card (annoying but okay I have money to pay). The PROBLEM comes in when one of thefemale workers (i assume a terrible manger) comes over and explains to me (and feeling accusatory) that my gift cards must befake and where did I get them from and Domino's doesn't have partnerships with Fetch Rewards (like I said checked the balance onthe website, balance comes up). So I pay the nice guy and go to my car. I check AGAIN my gift card numbers for the THIRD timeonline and still coming up as they exist. So I go back in to show that they are coming up so that THEY know that the paymentservers must be down online and for them in case any one else comes in (and in reality want an apology for being called out forhaving fake gift cards and just an admittance that their computers are not working) and got more attitude back from the femalesaying "you said it was fine what does it matter? if they are real then go use them online :P " I mean I know this is a chainshop what do I expect real customer service, but maybe I will eventually get this gift card to work and then never shop hereagain if they hire people with that bad of customer service. Complete unprofessional management. We waited 1hour for our order. Since we ordered onljne we called to check on it. The girl on... the phone said that she only had 2drivers and the order is in the oven waiting for a driver to come back. We said OK. Half anhour later we are watching the driver drive back and forth close to our house. 5 minutes away. Another half an hour goes by. Wecall again as it is too late to cook anything at that point. Our toddler was given spaghettios because he was an hour past hisbedtime. Now a little irritated asking why she was driving all around us and maybe they should all her. The Manger (Allie) wasso rude on the phone. Never offered a discount after waiting 2HOURS for pizza. This Allie told me we should have picked it up. Itold her we were only 10 min away, she says"honey, were one black horse pike and your in woodbury. I said no that is my address,I live in Deptford 5 min from the mall. She argued with me. She stated "do you want me to get ony broom and fly there?" Thismade me livid! . I told her that her rudeness is uncalled for and customer service is a joke. I wanted my Money back which shenever offered. She said " I told you a while ago that we can cancel your order". I'm like its already 9pm, we want the food. Shewas the worst, manager that I have ever spoke to. We found a corporate hotline. We will be complaining. I don't even are aboutthe food. It was how I was spoke to on the phone.
