First time trying here? and I?m not totally sold on it? it wasn?t nasty but it sure as hell isn?t the best either? A order of... The famous Chris fried rice did the trick for the night to feed two people. The customer service was awesome and availableparking in the evening was a surprise considering the hype. I've only been here 1 time and I got the wrong food. The recipe on the bag was correct and showed seasame chicken and pork... eggrolls. It took longer than I wanted to wait to get the food so I didn't want to waste more of my time to go back and get itcorrected. The pork egg rolls are super tiny like it's for a child but tasted ok. The combination fried rice I got was prettygood. I think the front and back of the house are operating on 2 different levels. If I eat here again someone else will bepaying or picking it up. First thing we are vegetarians and order the vegetable fried rice with no broccoli. I pick up the order and decided to check my... order before leaving and was completely wrong. It had pork, beef and broccoli. I then approached the guy and told him theorder was wrong and he kept arguing with me that my husband said everything on it except chicken. I could tell the guy had ahard time hearing and kept grabbing his ear saying excuse me. Manager Dusty was rude. Called in an order at 6:30 pm & was told they no longer deliver & it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. Arrived & pd in 20... minutes. Food was not ready. After a few minutes, I asked how long. It was ready after I waited 20 minutes standing in therestaurant. It took twice as long as they said. It appeared tables were all full of people waiting. I saw several othercustomers ask about orders and stand waiting as I was. I got home and they forgot to give me the rice to go with General Tso'schicken. I called & they said I could come back & get it or they could give me a credit for the rice next time. So by the time Iwould drive another 20 minutes round trip, my food would be cold. I asked to speak to the manager, Seth said he was the manager.I asked for the name & number of his mgr & to talk to them. He put me on hold & said it was Anna & she also said those were myonly 2 options. Really!? A credit for rice or come back & get it?!
