Staff ignores inside customers if drive thru is busy, not even a "hi" though they looked over at us multiple times. Then as we... waited with other customers to order they locked the door so customers couldn't come inside (about 6:15/6:20pm). We wanted tosit and eat and not a single table was clean, neither were the bathrooms. Then on top of everything the food was cold.
