The best dining experience we had on the entire east coast! We drove from Wisconsin through the east coast and of all the places... we stopped Lobsta Land was the best atmosphere, service and food! We sat at the bar, enjoyed a great view, tasty drinks and hadamazing service by the bartender. He made great drinks and conversation. The scallop dinner was the best and biggest scallopdinner I?ve had. The entire dinner, squash and pasta salad included are truly crave worthy! The scallop dinner was so good westopped to get ice for the cooler so I could eat the leftovers on the road. The lobster roll and clam chowder were delicious aswell. I was in the mood for good seafood after taking a drive and walk along the coast. I stopped at several other locations before... this spot but turned away mostly because they are overcrowded, or just to shishi for me. I just want a local grilledcatch. This is kind of the last option as I drove out of town. It was unassuming, and there was a place to sit quickly. Onceinside it was simple but felt quite local with lots of laughter and many people chatting. I sat at the bar immediately where avery kind waitress handed me a menu and made chatter. Coming for fish, I opted for the local lobster as that was clearly afeatured item. I haven't eaten lobster for many years, so I joked I may need your help breaking this open. It's been manyyears. ???? When the food came, she put in front of me and quickly grab the lobster and started breaking it open. I waspleasantly surprised and pleased. She kind of showed me what to do and gave me some tips. Wow. I'm sure I would have figured itout, but her gesture was just kind. The lobster was fresh and excellent, as you would expect steam lobster to be inMassachusetts. There was yummy squash and steamed asparagus for the side. Just all in all a hardy simple seafood meal. I lovedit. Was it a five? No not quite. I would actually probably rate this 4.5. But you don't have an option for that hereunfortunately. Would I go again? Yes. Yet there are several other seafood restaurants in the area, and so I may opt to chooseanother one just to see what else is there. But if you've never been, go and enjoy yourself. We ate here twice on our vacation. The food was beyond amazing! I had the Lazy Man Lobster which was to die for. The fried... haddock, fish and chips, and crab cakes did not disappoint. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. The main dinningroom area had a beautiful view of the mashland. I would highly recommend eating here. Worth every penny! Read more
Had a bowl of clam chowder and backed shrimp and scallops for lunch. The main dishes were great. The green beans were al dante.... Waitstaff was friendly. Only issue was their floors were a mess. Left over food under all the tables. Read more
