I?m giving it 1 star because it wouldn?t let me put in 0 as a rating. My friend and I were at this location around 11:30 am... today. Waited at speaker, said hello a few times, then we drove up to the window. Male employee looked right at us and turnedaway. If your Drive-thru is not in service, maybe you should give your customers some type of indication, instead of ignoringthem completely. Worst customer service. Ever. Read more
Just drove thru with my friend... the coffee is good but the service is not! They pretty much screamed at us to drive up and... told us to order at the window. I told the lady multiple times that i wanted 2 separate orders... and she still charged me thecoffees in 1 transaction... plus she gave us the iced coffees with NO ICE! she didnt even apologize... service is terrible here.not sure if its because she could barely understand english or what but definitely not coming back to this location!!!
