Ordered a cheese pizza with extra mozzarella. It came with a paper thin layer of very close to burnt cheese. 3 Stars because... the crust is good, but very bad first experience. There are better places around here that I've been ordering for years thathave never done this. Wow what a hidden gem! The pizza was 10/10 and the sesame seed crust is such a delicious add on! I love that the dough and... cheese is all local too! We tried two of the most popular pizzas - bbq chicken and spicy perogy and both were delicious!! I willdefinitely be back to try a few more as they have 40 pizza kinds to choose from! Wow, my tastebuds have been totally blown away tonight after trying Red Swan Pizza. Sorry other pizza joints, move on over! The... hubs called out for a large double cheese pizza tonight, normal crust, with two dipping sauces. A cheddar jalapeno and garlicdipping sauce. We both were not very hungry to begin with, but we have been waiting what seemed to be forever to try this pizzajoint, and I didn't feel like cooking dinner, so its a win win! It was ready in about 15 minutes and I am pretty sure wedevoured it in 2 minutes. Honestly, If I knew ahead of time how good this pizza was, I would have ordered an additionalpizza....and kept it all to myself (lol). I did not want to share at all, it was that good! A large fed 2 not so hungry adultsand 1 kid, but we weren't stuffed. If you are really hungry I'd consider getting at least 2 pizzas...trust me. The crust is solight, and flavorful, especially with the sesame seeds. The sauce is a tad sweet, and was plentiful on the pizza. There was alsoanother spice in the sauce that really stood out and I cannot for the life of me put my finger on it. It was unique anddifferent from a lot of the other pizza joints in Ottawa. The double helping of cheese was generous and good quality. The hubsdid request green olives on half the pizza, which is a free topping, but they forgot, which in the end was fine by me, becausethe pizza was perfect as is. I am also a sucker for dipping sauces, and find they tend to save the pizza, but I found my selfnot needing any at all because the pizza was THAT GOOD! The pizza did have some flop to it (see pics) but it firmed up as thepizza cooled down. No biggie. Red Swan has so many unique pizzas, I can't wait to try them all, but the double cheese may justbe my go to. You can also customize your crust. Keto? gluten free? no sesame seeds? Update Aug 2022: Again impressive pizza from Red Swan!! They took just over an hour to deliver but it was during peak long... weekend Sunday dinner so still fast but it was still hot and delicious. This time I got the ?All Dressed? and it was awesome andvery filling with so many toppings. I wonder which type of pizza I will try next.. I also got the Hawaiian with bacon which wasalso a hit but some kids didn?t like the sesame seeds on the crust. ???? Wow, I?m very impressed with my spicy paneer pizza andchicken wings. The crust is similar to PH but it?s better, a bit chewier perhaps and the sesame seeds give a nice touch. Agenerous amount of cheese and toppings (unlike Pizza Hut). Was very tasty and spicy ????
