Do not go to the Gloucester Supercuts! The girl (who looked to be 13) was incompetent. My daughters basic cut was so bad that... we left the shop and drove to another shop to have it fixed! When I called the next day and asked to speak to a Manager, shetold me that the girl was in training and said she was standing there supervising her. I told her that I was in the shop andthat only the one girl was within sight. She replied, ? What do you expect me to do? Everyone has to start somewhere.? I toldher if she had a girl with no license in training, then she should not be left unsupervised. Since no one else was in the shop,we presumed the child was licensed and knew how to do a basic haircut. Read more
