Extremely poor service! First table seated at 11am and didn?t get a drink order until 11:35 and then about 15 minutes until... drinks served?-other tables were and eating. Finally took our order?-another long wait?-took dessert order early, but tableswere cleared and no dessert!!! Thankfully, our lunch was prepaid or were would have waited again. Lots of servers and busboysrunning around, our server was friendly, but inefficient!! Been to Josephine?s many times and absolutely love it! But, verydisappointed! ! Food was fabulous! Read more

Came for brunch, it was busy but we were seated right away. Had soup (lobster bisque) and salad and sandwich (roast beef with au... jus), fresh and awesome. Desserts were fabulous. Definitely recommend. Read more
Everything we had was amazing! Great little place for lunch with the girls. Huge portions, so bring the husband along. The salad... and soup in the pics is the small chicken Ceasar with cup of lobster bisque; we thought the salad was the large on another tableso super surprised to find it was the small. Good morning, I'm sorry that I can't give a more positive review. Our experience was actually very disappointing. We brought a... nice size group of family and friends and well simply put, neglected by the staff/waitress/supervisor. Food came out 48 minutesafter we were seated. We were the first party there but other parties were served first. Our soup was not hot, they placed us ina cold room, when we asked if they would turn the heat on for a little while in the room, the supervisor refused. It was a veryunpleasant experience for our family from out of town. We have frequent this restaurant for years. But I don't know if I canpatronize a restaurant that doesn't value me as a customer. All the things that went wrong with the service, and nothing wasdone to accommodate us. No apology, nothing. Every customer is important, everytime!!!!!! Read more
