I ordered online. They had toppings on that were no suppose to be on the cold cut and the wrap was hard, chicken was dry. Just a... terrible experience. I?m never disappointed at the Bethalto Subway. Yal need to get it together! Read more
This location is awesome I go to LC they are always so nice when I go in here. Very welcoming when you come in. They are fast... and easy so you can leave. I would recommend going here! It looks great in there with the new renovations. Read more
The bread was dry and hard the last two times I have been there. If you?re going to get sandwiches there, get them toasted!
This staff is what really has me coming back!! I come in once a week and every time I am greeted with a hello. This is a busy... location and they always have great attitudes which can be difficult (fellow fast food manager). Not sure why we keep going back but last night was the final straw with this location. We ordered online and 3 of our 5 items... were made incorrectly, the cold sandwiches were placed in the bag with our hot orders causing them to be hot and mushy. Myhusband's sandwich was the worst so he went back up to ask if it could be remade, the girl working refused to remake his orderand said she couldn't issue a refund. So upon calling the regional manager and explaining the situation he was told to come backMonday to get the situation handled. So no dinner for him and no refund , what a way to treat a hearing impaired individual whowas just trying to get an edible meal. We will never patronize them ever again. Read more
