Great ice cream, rude staff. Bought a few dishes of ice cream with my 2 children. As we were just about finished with the ice... cream, the clock struck 10pm. To the second? The clerk immediately kicked us out. This left the kids feeling very sad andfeeling like they did something wrong. I thought the communication was incredibly insensitive to the children having a quiet,enjoyable late nice ice cream. I?m sure you had much closing up to do. Would giving an extra 5 minutes to a few kids been theend of the world? There are ways to treat people and communicate that it?s closing time, your approach was NOT it. Thanks forruining the kids? experience! Brand ambassadors like the clerk we encountered is terrible for business and we won?treturn. Advice? Be kind, especially to children, you were a kid once.
