The pizza was great. They know how to make pizza from scratch and have their dough perfected. There is also a gluten-free and... cauliflower crust option. The sauce, cheese, and toppings all tasted really good. We got the Hawaiian, pepperoni, andbreadsticks with garlic butter on the side. The crust was not too thick or thin so it was perfect for us. Best pizza I've had in a while and that is saying a lot. With over 10 years experience in the pizza biz, I understand the... science that goes into making great pizza. These guys proof their dough properly making it chewy and yet savory. The cheese isgood quality and the sauce is on point. My only complaint is that we don't have an Uncle Tony's in the Tri Cities.
