Our server was friendly and attentive. Food was excellent.
I paid for an item I didn?t receive and went to call and there?s no phone number! So I guess they ripped me off for $5.00! Not... cool! Whatever, your response is not acceptable because I did call DoorDash and they said the opposite, so I guess it?s like amerry go round, you say it?s DoorDash and DoorDash say it?s my Thai bowl. We've gotten take out from My Thai Bowl at least 4 times in the past few months. Every time, the service and food have been... wonderful. All of our meals were packed well to avoid spilling on the drive home. However, we have attempted to call in orderson Monday and Thursday this week, after 5pm, and both times the restaurant was closed. Monday there was a Facebook post, butThursday - nothing. We even went to the restaurant the second time, hoping they were just busy and no one could get the phone.Not the case. Closed up before 7pm and no sign or anything. :( Read more
