After the fire. The restaurant became more of a sports Bar.. The food is excellent!!!!!! pricey, "but worth it"!!!! The chef... has been there for years. Me and my mother met here too have dinner. The staff was very polite! I thought the prices were a little high for what it was... and the place itself looks kind of run down. I enjoyed my dinner and thought it was delicious, however my mother want pleased atall with her meal. We visited Hillside Cafe late last year based on great reviews we heard from friends. Based on the prices, I expected something... a little fancier than the environment and what was served. The food was okay, but my husband?s fish and crab cake hadbones/shell in it (you can see them in the photo) and I felt like for the price I could have easily cooked the same salmon athome. The service was friendly, but based on the price and given the quality of food I wouldn?t be returning. Read more
