I have been playing this course since opened, individually or through my Raytheon work golf league. Today I made a 3 PM t-time... and my credit card wouldn't work, 3 attempts by an employee, even though I used the card before and after my t-time with noissues. I went to the golf bar and the bartender was able to verify my card did work and charge my credit card an amount lessthan $1, which I didn't ask for a refund. I went back to the shop and this time the manager was there insisting that I shouldwork it out with my credit card company. I offered the manager to pay my fee at the bar with my card or cash or check or put itin my membership account. Each time was a definite NO. I was so shocked at such attitude, something that I never experienced atthis facility. I wish he was a bit friendlier especially to customers and hope this is an isolated case. Fair to say that thefirst employee that served me wasn't sure about my membership price, he seemed new to the task but at least he was veryfriendly. Great practice areas. Course is Amazing. Beautiful views, staff was friendly. Only bad thing was they were working on a few... tee boxes. Only got to play 9, can't wait to get back and play the whole course. Read more
